In the course of our exchanges and observations on finery from elsewhere and here, it became apparent that there were multiple, disquieting correspondences, the more obvious of which were of a formal or material order. These led us to ask ourselves about the nature of such affinities, discovering - beyond appearances - divergences or displacements of a revelatory sense which distinguish these two groups.
